CrossFit class is 45 min and begins at:
6PM = Monday through Friday
12 NOON = Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9AM = Saturday

FREESTYLE ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CLASSES ARE HELD MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Freestyle Athletic Performance Training is 45 min and begins at:
5PM = Monday through Friday
10AM = Saturday

FREESTYLE ATHLETIC MOVEMENT CLINIC IS HELD TUESDAY, THURSDAY, AND SATURDAY

Freestyle Athletic Movement Training is 45 min and begins at:
7PM = Tuesday and Thursday
11AM = Saturday (The Saturday session is 90 min long and replicates the material covered in the previous Tues and Thurs sessions.)
